This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Coordination, Inc. (“Megapot”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect from you (“you” or “User”) in connection with our Megapot onchain lottery service as well as through our website located at http://www.megapot.io/ and any other website or service that we own or control and that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Service” or “Services”). The Service applies to both liquidity providers (“LPs”), who fund jackpots, and players who pay to try to win jackpots (“Players”). LPs and Players are both Users for purposes of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose that information, and your choices concerning our information practices. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service or submitting any personal information to Megapot and contact us if you have any questions.
1. Personal Information Collection
Personal Information You Provide. We may collect the following categories of information from you, depending on how you interact with our Services and whether you connect to our Services via an embedded digital wallet:
Identification and Account Information.  If you use an embedded digital wallet to connect to our Services, we collect your username, email address, digital wallet address, and any other information you provide on or through the Services.
Communications. We may collect information from you when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us.
Marketing Information. We may collect information such as your preferences for receiving communications about our Services, and details about how you engage with our communications, if you provided us an email address for use with an embedded digital wallet to connect to our Services.
Other Information. We may collect other information not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Personal Information We Collect Automatically. We and our service providers may automatically log information about you or your mobile device, and your interactions over time with our Services, our communications and our other online services, such as:
Device Information. Such as your mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 4G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
Usage Information. Such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, browsing history, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, duration of access, and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them.
We may use the following tools for automatic data collection:
Cookies, which are text files stored on your device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings in the browser to help you navigate between pages efficiently, remember your preferences, enable functionality, and help us understand user activity and patterns. For example, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users use our Service and enhance our user experience. This tool collects technical information, such as the type of your device. In addition, Amplitude tracks location data (e.g. country) and internal data (e.g. language, server upload time, session ID) that occur when using our Services. Local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data, including on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.
Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.

Personal Information We Obtain From Other Sources:
Social Media Information. We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information We Collect from Publicly Available Sources. We may collect identification information about you from publicly available blockchain networks, such as the Ethereum blockchain.
Third-party Login Information. When you link, connect, or log in to our Services with a third-party service (e.g., Google, Discord, Twitter) or a third-party software cryptocurrency wallet, you may direct the service to send us information controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings on the third-party service.
Other Sources. We may obtain personal information (e.g., demographic information) from other third parties, such as marketing partners, and data providers.
2. Personal Information Use
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
To Provide, Operate and Administer the Services, including to enable you to access our Services through third-party providers, to establish and maintain your user account, and to otherwise operate, maintain, and provide you with our Services.
To Communicate With You About the Services. We will use your personal information to respond to your requests, questions and feedback, and communicate with you about our Services, including by sending announcements, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages.
To Improve, Monitor, Personalize Our Services, including by understanding your needs and interests, and personalizing your experience with the Services and our communications.
For Research and Development. We may use personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services and our business. As part of these activities, we may create or use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data from personal information we collect. We may use this aggregated, de-identified, or other anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services.
For Direct Marketing. If you provided us an email address for use with an embedded digital wallet to connect to our Services, we may use your email address to send you marketing communications, including notifying you of special promotions, offers and events via email and other means. You may opt out of our marketing emails as described in the “Your Privacy Choices” section below.
For Compliance and Protection. We may use your personal information to:
Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.
Protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims).
Audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies.
Enforce the terms and conditions that govern our Services.
Prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.
We generally only use your personal information to perform our contractual obligations to you, or where it is necessary for our commercial interests, your interests or the interests of a third party and we have checked that this is not unfair to you. Where required by law, we will seek your consent to process your personal information. Where we seek your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
3. Personal Information Disclosure
Our Disclosures: We may disclose your personal information in the following ways:
Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to third party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate our Services (such as wallet providers, hosting, information technology, customer support, email delivery, and website analytics services).
Professional Advisors. We may disclose your personal information to professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Business transferees. We may disclose your personal information to acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or negotiations for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, our business (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
With your instruction or permission. We may disclose your personal information to a relevant third party, where you give us permission to do so in the course of your relationship with us from time to time.
Your Disclosures: Your transactions through the Service, including any post that you create, will be recorded on the blockchain and associated with your digital wallet ID. Due to the nature of blockchain technologies, you will not be able to delete information stored on the blockchain or control who has access to it.
International Disclosures. We are located in the United States, hold your personal information in the United States and generally share your personal information with our service providers in the United States. Where required by law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers. You can contact us at any time to find out more about these safeguards as described in the “Contact Us” section below.
4. Your Privacy Choices
Opt Out of Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email. You may continue to receive Service-related and other non-marketing emails. 
Personal Information Requests. Depending on the nature of your interactions with our Services and where required by applicable law, you may request the following in relation to your personal information:
Access, to a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you. Where applicable, you can also ask us for portability of this personal information (i.e. to provide personal information in a portable, machine-readable, readily usable format to you or another third party you designate).
Correction, of personal information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Deletion, of personal information that we no longer need to provide our Services or for other lawful purposes.
Additional rights, such as to object to the processing of your personal information, request that we restrict our use of your personal information, and where applicable, you may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. This won’t affect anything we have used your personal information for before you withdraw your consent.
To make a request, please email us as provided in the “Contact Us” section below. We may ask for specific information from you to help us confirm your identity. In some instances, your choices may be limited, such as where fulfilling your request would impair the rights of others, our ability to provide a service you have requested, or our ability to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our legal rights. Please note that, due to the nature of blockchain technology, we will not be able to delete information stored on the blockchain.
Account Deactivation and Deletion. If you have an account on our Services, you may request that we deactivate and/or delete your account by contacting us as described in the “Contact Us” section below. Note that deactivating your account may not cause us to fully delete all of your personal information. To request that we do so, please submit a data deletion request as described in the “Personal information requests” section above.
Online Tracking Opt-out. There are a number of ways to limit online tracking, which we have summarized below:
Blocking Cookies in Your Browser. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. For more information about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your device and how to manage and delete them, visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org/.
Using privacy plug-ins or browsers. You can block our websites from setting cookies by using a browser with privacy features, like Brave, or installing browser plugins like Privacy Badger, Ghostery, or uBlock Origin, and configuring them to block third party cookies/trackers. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Note that because these opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device on which they are exercised, you will need to opt out on every device that you use.
Do Not Track. Some browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through our Services from a child under 18 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian, as required by law, we will delete it.
6. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to other websites, applications or services not operated or controlled by Megapot, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies. 
7. Security
We employ a number of commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no security measures are failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy.
