How the Bonus Works

For every ticket below 3,500 that is sold in a given drawing, we add $0.20 to a bonus pool that gets distributed to eligible backers. This incentive accumulates over the program period and is distributed proportionally among all eligible backers at the end. If shares are removed by early backers before the bonus period end date, bonuses tied to those shares are removed from the pool.
Why does this exist? During the early days of any lottery, ticket volume is naturally lower as the community grows. This bonus program aligns incentives by rewarding backers who support the pool during this growth phase.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Early Backer Bonus, you must meet all of the following criteria:
  1. Participate before March 24th — Your USDC must be in the pool before the cutoff date
  2. Maintain your position through June 24th — Your eligible shares must remain in the pool for the full program duration
  3. Partial withdrawals — If you withdraw any of your eligible shares, those shares become permanently ineligible for the bonus (even if you participate again later)

How Your Bonus Is Calculated

Your share of the bonus pool is determined by a simple formula:

  • Snapshot at Drawing 1: We record the number of shares you hold at the first drawing after the program starts. This becomes your “eligible shares” amount (equal to the USDC you contributed).
  • Withdrawals reduce eligibility: If you withdraw shares, those specific shares become ineligible — you cannot re-add them later.
  • Proportional distribution: Bonus tied to withdrawn shares is not distributed, ensuring only committed backers are rewarded.

Example Scenario

Let’s say you participate with 10,000 USDC before March 24th:
  1. At Drawing 1, your 10,000 shares are recorded as eligible
  2. Over the program period, the bonus pool accumulates $50,000
  3. The total initial eligible shares across all backers is 500,000
  4. You keep all 10,000 shares in the pool through June 24th
Your bonus: $50,000 × (10,000 / 500,000) = **$1,000** If you had withdrawn 5,000 shares mid-program, your bonus would be: $50,000 × (5,000 / 500,000) = **$500**

This bonus does not protect against losses. Backing the prize pool carries risk — if there is a jackpot winner, backers may experience losses that exceed the value of this bonus. This incentive program does not guarantee that your position will be profitable, nor does it offset or insure against jackpot payouts.The Early Backer Bonus is a discretionary incentive based on actual ticket sales during the program period. The final bonus amount depends on how many tickets are sold each drawing. This program does not constitute a promise of any specific return, APY, or fixed payout.

I’ve already deposited into the pool. Do I need to do anything? No. If you participated before March 24th, you’re automatically eligible for the Early Backer Bonus. Just keep your funds in the pool through June 24th — no sign-up or additional action required.
